The BlackLine User Conference is an annual event that allows users to attend sessions to learn how to better use the product, test out new features and prototypes, vote on product enhancements, and network with other users.
While at Blackline I helped develop User Conference branding.
I was the lead designer for branding and collateral (printed and digital), including a mobile app, web graphics and email newsletters, signage, large-scale onsite graphics, and other printed items (program booklet, interaction cards, etc).
At the Customer Success Lab, users had access to help with BlackLine software through 1:1 meetings with BlackLine experts. (Modeled after Apple’s “Genius Bar”)
At the Usability Lab, users tested out new software features and prototypes in development via A/B testing and on-screen interaction.
Product Enhancement Vote 2013, users were given the opportunity to vote for product enhancements. Voting was completed on both paper (below) and digital ballots, and users were given an “I Voted” sticker for participation.
